Absentminded Mastermind took the pot full of weaponized canolium down to the garage, which is in the bottom of the building, and set it next to his car, figuring if it could be de-stinkified it might be possible to powerwash it and salvage it.

Somebody stole it.

They didn't throw it away, as it wasn't in the garbage room or the recycling bins. They must have seen it, figured it was a good, expensive heavy stock-pot, and walked off with it. Boy, are they in for a surprise when they open the lid!
