The kids are here!

The kids are here, I have acquired a pair of unsocialized budgies, my patient and tolerant boyfriend had an infection in his scrotum that caused it to swell to cantaloupe size and landed him in the hospital, I have taken up metal detecting as a hobby, I'm starting a new job at a pet store (mostly for the discount!), and my mantis eggs still haven't hatched.

Whew. Life has been a little hectic, I guess.
